Had a good Christmas this year, which is really great. Despite the seemingly traditional flu, it was a really good holiday. I finally got to meet Jeremy's dad (yes, married and hadn't met his dad. whut.) and he's a really cool guy who is at the moment in Atlanta at Jeremy's Granny and Grand-dad's house. We were going to ask if we could go with him to see them but he's staying there a week and even though I could handle a week there I don't want to inconvenience them so we'll go see them some other time. Today my plan is (since I'm feeling a bit better) to whip up (in the words of my mom) a batch of her homemade fudge. Which is awful because there will be a large mess when I'm done at this - iFail at cooking most times. Although what I've made down here thus far has turned out OK.
The only thing I can think of that we've been doing lately is playing GTA3. Randomly got addicted to watching cars explode all over the screen and trying to make it past being literally run down by the FBI in hopes of getting not only the cops, FBI, and CIA after us but the Army as well. Which we've managed at least once or twice. The dream goal is to steal a tank and run down people like that. 8D And Wednesday we went to see Sweeney Todd The Demon Barber on Fleet Street. You know me, if it's by Tim Burton I have to see it. Well, it was a great movie. More.. I wanna say gore-y but that's not really it, either. Well, it showed more than I thought it would, that's what I'll say for a lack of a better term. Anyway, it was great if you like gruesome musicals, which I do. I think by all means it was the sickest film Mister Burton has directed thus far, I've gone over his other movies and this one really takes the cake. We were wondering though, what if someone went to that movie who had no idea it was based off the old musical, and had no idea what it was really about, and had a weak stomach for blood or something? It would be hilarious to see that person watching the movie. I'd go back just in hopes of seeing this poor sap. Ha ha ha~ Anyway.
Thanks everyone for the Christmas cards. :D Annnd... Well, I suppose since I have nothing else to update with I'll just jot down what Jeremy and I got for Chrissy-mas.
